Caring for God’s gift of Creation through prayer, learning, and action.
Our Mission
Creation Care Ministry will pray, learn, and act out of a deep reverence and respect for the connectedness of all of God’s creation. Members meet to discuss, plan and execute activities to give the fruits of our labor, care for the earth while creating community with parishioners. This is all accomplished through prayer and spirituality, environmental events, and community projects beginning with our community garden.
Creation Care Inspiration
Creation Care is inspired from Pope Francis’ 2015 Encyclical “Laudato Si” or a letter to people living in our common home.
